Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Rates and Options:
- We offer free shipping within India
- Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding INR 200 after discounts and before taxes.
3. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
4. Customs and Import Taxes:
- Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
5. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, unclaimed, or refused, you are responsible for the cost of reshipment.
- Once we received the shipment through check will be done before refunding the amount. If there is any defect found in the return shipment no refund will be done.
6. Holiday Shipping:
- During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to high demand and postal service delays.

Refund Policy
We have a 5 days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also create a package opening video for hassle-free refund process.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
